I came across this very interesting article a few days ago. Really innovative thinking that almost sounds too good to be true. An emergency light from your body heat. I initially wondered if we could ever come up with something like this instead of our normal volcano experiments. (Confession - I have made one of those in school). The particular invention would probably not work in India given our hot ambient temperature. But the need of the hour is innovative solutions to solve local problems. Also, we need these kind of competitions to highlight the innovative solutions that people come up with.
